(1) Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

(2) The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the consumer or a third party named by him who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.

(3) In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must contact us, Digital Ninja EOOD, [address and contact information inimprint], by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail, post or fax) of his decision to withdraw from the contract.

(4) In order to meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the consumer to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

(5) If the consumer withdraws from the contract, we shall owe him all payments that we have received from him, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from the consumer choosing a different type of delivery than ours has chosen the cheapest standard delivery offered) immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of the withdrawal from the contract. However, we may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until the consumer has provided proof that he has sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

(6) The consumer must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which he informed us of the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if the consumer sends the goods back before the period of 14 days has expired.

(7) The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

(8) The consumer shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

• The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

• The right of cancellation expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of goods if these were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature.

• The right of revocation expires prematurely if we have only started to execute the contract after you have given your express consent and at the same time have confirmed that you are aware that you will lose your right of revocation when we begin to fulfill the contract and we have sent you the content of your declaration within a reasonable period after the conclusion of the contract, but no later than upon delivery of the goods or before the performance of the service begins, on a durable medium. We would like to point out that we can make the conclusion of the contract dependent on the aforementioned consent and confirmation.

• The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have only started to execute the contract after you have given your express consent and at the same time have confirmed that you are aware that you will lose your right of withdrawal when we begin to fulfill the contract. • The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who have their place of residence, habitual residence or delivery address outside of a member state of the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA) at the time the contract is concluded and the delivery and do not belong to any of these member states.
